RETURN + REFUND POLICY

The 7-Day Curation Window

We want you to feel completely certain in every piece you select. If a curated item does not resonate with your spirit, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

To maintain our boutique standards, all returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, hand-packaged condition.

  • Tags: All original brick + boho tags must remain attached.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene and curation standards, intimate apparel, jewelry, and "Final Sale" items are non-returnable.

The Return Process

To ensure your return is handled with the same intentionality as your order, we utilize a centralized return system:

  • Authorization: Please contact us via hello@brickandboho.com to receive your Return Authorization and the address of our Main Processing Center.

  • Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit to the processing center.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Original Payment: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit.

Exchanges

Because our collection is highly curated and moving toward 500 unique items, we do not offer direct exchanges. To secure a different size or style, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order for the replacement.
